Paneer Chatpat preperation method:
Cut the paneer into small cubes and take a bowl and add the curds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt into it and shake it well and keep the paneer marinated in it for an hour. Grind onion, tomatoes and ginger/garlic in to a fine paste and keep aside.Take out the paneer from the curd mixture and deep fry them. Now take a pan and add some oil and after it becomes hot add the paste into it and fry it nicely until golden brown. Then add the curd mixture and salt into it and fry it for some time until both the mixture gets blended well. Add the fried paneer and bring to a boil and serve this hot Indian recipe of Paneer Chatpat with roti or paratha.
Egg pakora recipe ingredients: Eggs (boiled) - 4-5 Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (amchur) - 1 1/4 tsps Oil to deep fry For Batter Bengal Gram Flour (besan) - 1 cup Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder - 1 pinch Salt as per taste
Egg pakora preperation method: Peel and cut boiled egg into two halves. Then, sprinkle red chilli powder and mango powder on each piece. Mix the gram flour with red chilli powder, salt, pepper powder and sufficient water to make a slightly thick batter. Dip each of egg pieces into the batter and deep fry in hot oil till it turns golden brown. Serve this hot indian recipe of egg pakora with indian chutney probably as starters.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, let it crackle. Add chopped onions and cook till golden brown in color.
Add ginger, garlic, finely chopped tomatoes and then add red chilli powder.Then add cooked dal to the mixture.
Then add gram masala and salt to taste. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add butter and cook for a minute. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti, Naan and Rice.

Spinach - 25-30 leaves Green Chilli (chopped) - 3-4 Whole Wheat Flour - 4 cups Oil / ghee - 1/2 cup Salt to taste Palak paratha recipe preparation method (indian recipe)
Clean, wash and finely chopped the spinach (palak) leaves. Now mix the flour, spinach, salt, green chilli and 1 tbsp. oil . Add enough water to make a soft dough. Cover it and keep aside for few minutes. Then make small balls and roll them like parathas. Heat a tawa/pan and place the parantha over it. Turn it and spread some ghee round it. Turn again and spread some ghee on the other side too. Cook till both sides are evenly cooked. Serve this hot indian recipe with curd or chutney.
KOFTA RECIPE INGREDIENTS (INDIAN RECIPE) Bengal gram powder (Besan) - 2 cup Onion - 1 medium (finely chopped) Green chilli - 1 - 2 (finely chopped) Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Oil - 2 tbsp Salt to taste

KOFTA RECIPE PREPARATION METHOD (INDIAN RECIPE)
Bind all the ingredients of the kofta with little water and make round koftas of 1 inch diameter and fry it. For Gravy: Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds. Add ginger/chilli paste, Tomato paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and chilli powder. Sauté for a minute. Add water and boil. When this gravy mixture has boiled for 2 minutes, add the koftas to it and keep boiling for few minutes with the lid covered. Open the lid and take out one kofta to check whether or not it has cooked properly till inside. Check the consistency of gravy. If it is too watery then make a thin paste of flour and cold water and put in the gravy continuously stirring, for thickening the gravy. If gravy is too thick, then add some boiling water to it and stir. Put off the flame when it is done. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steaming rice or puris.

Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds. Add onion and cook until transluscent and soft. Add ginger/garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder and chilli powder. Sauté for a minute. Make a fine paste of onion, ginger, garlic, tomato and green chilli. Fry the paste in the oil until golden brown and oil starts separating. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Add milk to make the gravy. Bring the gravy to boil, until the it becomes thick. Put the dry fruits in the gravy while it is being cooked. Finally add paneer pieces and 1 tbsp cream. Cook for 5 minutes. This indian recipe of shahi paneer is ready to serve, you can serve with chapatis or rice.

Uttapam is a very healthy south indian food which is eaten mostly in southern part of indian subcontinent. If you get a chance to visit hyderabad, bangalore, or Chennai or any other place in southern india, try out tasting uttapam.
Uttapam is taken mostly in breakfast as it is a light food. So, this forms another menu item for south indian breakfast. Other indian breakfast food menu items are Idli and Masala dosa.
Uttapam recipe ingredients (indian recipe)
Black gram lentils (Urad dal) - 1 cup
Raw rice or rice flour - 2 cups
Coriander leaves (chopped finely) - 2 tbsp
Green chillies (chopped finely) - 2-3
Ginger (chopped finely) - small piece
Onions (chopped finely) - 2
Oil
Salt to taste
Uttapam recipe preparation method (indian recipe)
Wash the rice and lentils seperately and seperately soak in water for about 5 hours. Blend both of them seperately into a smooth paste. The batter consistency should not be too watery, but it should be of pouring consistency. Mix both together and add the salt. Let it ferment for 12-14 hrs. Mix together the green chillies, onions, coriander and the onions in a small bowl. Keep aside. Rub some oil on a pan and heat it. When the pan is hot, pour some batter onto it. Using circular motions with the ladle, spread the batter to make a thick circle. Let it cook on the under side. Keep it cover so that it roasts well. Use medium heat or else the batter will burn. Now sprinkle some of the onion mixture on the top side and overturn the uttapam. Cook on the other side similiarly. When both sides are sufficiently roasted, lift it off the pan. Repeat for the rest of the batter. Eat Uttapam with or without coconut chutney.
