Preparation method:- Soak the dry green peas overnight and boil until tender. Drain it and keep it aside.Make the Paneer and cut in 1 inch cubes. Heat oil in a pan. Fry Paneer until golden light color. Keep aside. In remaining oil fry onion until golden brown. Add all spices ( ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder )and salt. Stir few seconds. Then add tomatoes in it.Cook for few minutes. Add boiled peas and stir to mix with the spices. Add water and bring to a boil. Few minutes before serving add the fried paneer. Stir gently. Finally garnish Matar Paneer with coriander leaves and serve hot with Indian bread, naan or rice.
