Recipe preparation method: Mix the coriander, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and lemon juice. Prick the chicken breasts all over with a fork and rub in the spice and lemon mixture. Leave to marinate for 4-5 hours. Drain the chicken pieces and shallow fry them on low flame till brown and cooked. Transfer to a serving dish and keep warm. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
