Chicken with Sauce recipe (Indian food recipe)

Chicken with sauce is a delicious non-vegetarian food that a non-vegetarian person would love to eat. This food item becomes indian once it iss cooked with indian spices. People in different part of world might be cooking it differently.


If you want to give this a try, you might want to taste this indian food in one of the indian restaurants. The indian recipe of Chicken with sauce is also not difficult to cook.


Recipe ingredients:
chicken breasts - 4
Tomato puree - 2tbsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 2tsp
Bay leaves - 2
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste


Recipe preparation method:
Mix the coriander, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and lemon juice.  Prick the chicken breasts all over with a fork and rub in the spice and lemon mixture. Leave to marinate for 4-5 hours. Drain the chicken pieces and shallow fry them on low flame till brown and cooked. Transfer to a serving dish and keep warm. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.  Warm over a gentle heat, stirring constantly. Pour the sauce over the chicken portions.Garnish with lemon slices and serve this hot indian food item with rice.

Prawn snow ball (indian food recipe)

If you are fond of sea food especially prawns, you could try out this indian recipe of prawn snow balls.


Recipe ingredients:
Prawns - 200 g
Bread slice - 10-12 ( made into crumb)
Egg -  1 (beaten)
Hot garlic sauce - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
A pinch ajinomoto
A few drops of sesame oil
Oil for deep frying
Salt as per taste


Recipe preparation method:
To start with, mix together the prawn, salt, pepper, ajinomoto, oil and hot garlic sauce. Then, make small balls and roll them onto the bread crumbs. Then, bind the snow balls with the egg and set aside. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the balls. And you are all set. Serve hot Prawn snow ball with chutney of your choice or sause of your choice (probably chilli choice would taste better).

Potato Egg Curry recipe (Indian food recipe)

Potato Egg Curry ingredients:-
Potatoes - 3
Eggs -4
Onion - 1
Cinnamon - 2 inch stick
Cloves - 5-6
Red chilies - 7-8
Fennel Seeds - 2 tsp
Oil - For Frying
Salt to taste


Potato Egg Curry recipe preparation method:-
To prepare this indian recipe first hard boil the eggs, and then cut each egg into approximately 8 pieces. Boil potatoes, skin them and cut them into cubes. Grind red chilies, cloves, cinnamon and fennel seeds into  a fine paste. Cut the onion into thin slices. Heat oil in a pan, add a tsp. of fennel seeds to it and then add the ground masala. Saute for a while. Add the potatoes and add 1/2 cup of water to make a thick gravy. Add salt to taste. When it beings to boil and the egg cubes. Simmer for 2 minutes and remove from flame. Garnish this indian recipe of potato egg curry with coriander leaves and serve hot potato egg curry with roti or chappathi etc.
