Burger, in general, could not be called as an indian food. But, we could always try burgers and pizzas by giving indian taste to it. By Indian taste, I mean indian spices and indian cooking style.
One could enjoy vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian burgers that include chicken and lamb burgers. My hubby loves to have chicken burgers.

Lamb Burger recipe ingredients (indian recipe)
Ground lamb - 1 lb Onion (chopped) - 1 medium Garlic (chopped) - 1 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped) Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Egg (beaten) - 1 Bread crumbs - 1 cup Few burger buns Oil to fry Salt to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs with lamb. Also add egg, salt, pepper, chopped onion, garlic, coriander leaves and mix well. Shape into 3/4" thick burgers and coat the edges and sides with the remaining bread crumbs. Refrigerate for few minutes. In a large skillet add oil. Saute burgers for 5 minutes on each side till golden brown from outside and moist from inside. Place over burger buns. Serve hot lamb burger with tomato ketchup.
