Time to shift focus from Indian food recipe to Pakistani food recipe

Thank you all for reading my indian food recipe blog. I have been trying some pakistani recipes off late. Some of the Pakistani food recipes are too good to taste. Watch this space for some pakistani food recipes. I might also be posting some videos of recipes from now on. I have really got fascinated by youtube.com and spend some time regularly on it. Before starting pakistani recipe, I wanted to post this video about india pakistan unity that I found on youtube.com. Enjoy! Thanks once again for reading my indian food blog.
 
Indian food recipe of Pasta.

Ingredients:
Pasta- 200 gms
Onions - 2
Beans - 30 g
Carrot - 1
Tomato - 2
Coriander Leaves - 2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tbsp


Preparation Method:  
Cook pasta separately in boiling water for 4-6 min. Chop onions, carrot, beans, coriander leaves and tomatoes. Heat oil and fry onions and chopped vegetables. When onions turn brown, add tomatoes. When the vegetables are well cooked, add cooked Pasta, salt, pepper powder and mix well. Remove from heat and serve this hot indian food recipe of pasta with cucumber, tomato and onion rings.

 
Indian food recipe of Mango Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
Mango - 8 Light
Cream - 1/2 cup
Mixed Fruits ( pineapple, apple, papaya or pears )

Preparation Method:
Peel the mango and cut into cubes. Make a pulp of mango by adding little water or milk. Mix the light cream into the pulp by stirring continuously. Then add all the cut fruits into the mix. Serve this cool indian recipe of Mango fruit salad as an indian dessert.
