Shahi paneer recipe ingredients (indian recipe)
Paneer - 250 grams
Onions - 2
Tomato - 1
Ginger an inch
Garlic 3-4 pieces
Green chillies - 2
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Dry fruits (cashew nuts, raisins, makhane) - 2tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Oil - 5-6 tbsp
Salt to taste
Shahi paneer recipe preparation method (indian recipe)
Heat oil in a pan. Cut paneer into small cubes. Fry over medium heat until light brown. Turn pieces while frying. Keep the paneer pieces aside. Make a fine paste of onion, ginger, garlic, tomato and green chilli. Fry the paste in the oil until golden brown and oil starts separating. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Add milk to make the gravy. Bring the gravy to boil, until the it becomes thick. Put the dry fruits in the gravy while it is being cooked. Finally add paneer pieces and 1 tbsp cream. Cook for 5 minutes. This indian recipe of shahi paneer is ready to serve, you can serve with chapatis or rice.

I ate this once in Belgium....now I got the same taste...I'm so happy..it's yummy, but it's smells of onion too much....I think I've made a mistake
