Cucumbers (peeled, sliced)- 2
Onion (sliced) - 1
Tomato (sliced) - 1
whole wheat bread - 12 slices
Butter
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cucumber sandwich recipe preparation method:-
Arrange all the slices of cucumber, onion and tomato in a plate. Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt over. Let mixture stand for few minutes. Drain it and pat dry. Add tomato rings, cucumber slices, and onion rings to bread. Apply butter on all the pieces of bread. Serve hot cucumber sandwich with sauce.
