Paneer pakora recipe ingredients
Cottage Cheese (paneer) -  250 gms
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder (amchur) - 1 1/4 tsps
Oil to deep fry
For Batter
Bengal Gram Flour (besan) -  1 cup
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Soda Bi-carbonate - 1 pinch
Water as required
Salt as per taste



Paneer pakora preperation method
This indian recipe starts with cutting the cottage cheese into square, thick cubes.  Then, sprinkle red chilli powder and mango powder on each piece.
Mix the gram flour with red chilli powder, salt, soda and sufficient water to make a slightly thick batter.  Dip each piece of
cottage cheese into the batter and deep fry in hot oil till it turns golden
brown.  Serve hot paneer pakora probably as starters.
